Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team on a W2 basis only. This role requires a strong foundation in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and expertise in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. The ideal candidate will bring both technical excellence and leadership experience to help drive mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and front-end systems.

  • Work on all phases of the SDLC: architecture, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.

  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.

  • Strong core Java and Spring Boot expertise.

  • Proficient with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and automated testing frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis only.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Exposure to DevOps and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
