Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Siebel CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Siebel architecture, integration, and customization to deliver robust enterprise applications that support critical business processes.

  • Design, develop, and configure Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements.

  • Customize Siebel objects, workflows, business services, applets, views, and screens.

  • Implement Siebel Workflows, eScript, Siebel Tools, EAI, and Integration Objects for complex business needs.

  • Manage Siebel configurations including Business Components, Business Objects, and Applet/View configuration.

  • Develop and maintain Siebel Interfaces using EAI, web services (SOAP/REST), MQ, and APIs.

  • Work with Siebel Data Model, Integration Objects, and Data Mapping for seamless data exchange.

  • Perform upgrades, patches, and environment migrations (Siebel IP/Innovation Pack versions).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, application, and integration issues in production and non-production environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

  • Provide technical documentation, impact analysis, and best practices for Siebel solutions.

  • Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and customization.

  • Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting (Siebel eScript, VB Script).

  • Proficiency in Siebel Workflows, Business Services, Integration Objects, and EAI.

  • Experience with Siebel Open UI (customization, JavaScript, CSS, PM/PR development).

  • Good understanding of Siebel Data Model, Siebel Tables, and SQL/PL-SQL.

  • Experience in Siebel Upgrades & Migration (IP17, IP19, IP20+).

  • Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/REST), MQ, and third-party integrations.

  • Hands-on with Siebel Administration (SRF compilation, deployment, server configuration).

  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, Oracle Database.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to work in Agile/W
