Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions for our healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices architecture, and cloud-based application design, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications.
• Lead technical discussions and guide development teams in implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other architects to define solution blueprints.
• Create high-level and detailed design documents, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Oversee the migration of legacy applications to modern cloud-based platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Prior healthcare domain experience, especially with Humana or similar healthcare providers.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
