Title: Delivery Manager
Location: Montreal or South Shore, 50% Hybrid (Office and Remote)
Duration: 12 months with possibility of renewal

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in delivering large-scale M365 projects

• 8 to 15 years of IT industry experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French

Job Description:
This role is part of a program to replace the Google Suite and its entire infrastructure with Microsoft MS 365.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating resources, and actively participating in the delivery of migration services

• Ensuring team performance, quality control of the work, and defining standards, methods, and procedures to be applied within the project/program

• Developing risk, impact, and mitigation strategies to effectively manage service delivery risks

• Collaborating with senior technical teams and the technical architect to ensure infrastructure alignment with application delivery

• Managing change initiatives appropriately and systematically to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of the affected systems

  Le/La candidat(e) doit possder les qualifications suivantes :

  Vaste exprience dans la ralisation de projets M365 d'envergure.
  8 15 ans d'exprience en TI dans un poste similaire.
  Excellente communication en anglais et en franais.

  Description du poste :

  • Programme de remplacement de la suite Google et de l'ensemble de son infrastructure par Microsoft MS 365.
  • Superviser, coordonner les ressources et participer activement la prestation des services de migration.
  • Assurer la performance de l'quipe, le contrle qualit du travail et l'identification des normes, mthodes et procdures appliquer au sein du projet/programme.
  • Dvelopper l'analyse des risques, des impacts et des stratgies associes afin de grer le niveau de risque de la prestation de services.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes techniques senior et l'architecte technique pour garantir l'alignement de l'infrastructure avec la livraison des applications.
  • Grer les initiatives de changement de manire approprie et systmatique afin de garantir la disponibilit, la performance et la fiabilit des systmes concerns.
