Description

We are providing an opening for a Product Support Specialist in the Real Estate industry, specifically for Developers, located in Delray Beach, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The individual will be responsible for tasks related to MS Intune and Hardware Deployment, Inventory Management, Asset Management, and the utilization of Project Management Tools.

Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage the use of MS Intune in the organization.
Handle the deployment of hardware across various departments.
Oversee the process of inventory management and ensure that all assets are accounted for.
Supervise asset management tasks and ensure proper tracking of all company resources.
Utilize project management tools to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Manage and resolve any issues related to Active Directory.
Handle any issues related to computer hardware and ensure its proper functioning.
Manage the use of Zendesk in the organization and resolve any issues that arise.
Oversee asset inventory management to ensure all resources are properly tracked.
Utilize project management skills to oversee various projects in the organization.

Requirements

Proficiency in Active Directory required

Strong understanding of Computer Hardware necessary

Experience with Zendesk is a must

Familiarity with Asset Inventory management required

Proven Project Management skills desired

Experience with Intune advantageous

Real Estate - Developers industry experience preferred

Familiarity with Product Support Specialist role beneficial

Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling sensitive information
