Job Details

Job Summary (List Format):

- 100% remote (must be based in EST)
- W2 role (no C2C, no sponsorship available)
- Serve as a hands-on Workday Analyst with a focus on HCM and Recruiting configuration
- Manage and configure Workday HCM and Recruiting modules to meet business needs
- Lead and execute Workday-related projects from requirements gathering through post-mortem reviews
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to integrate Workday with other systems
- Support data loads, data transformations, and Workday EIB processes
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs
- Partner with leadership to implement HRIS solutions enhancing HR and Talent Acquisition processes
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide solutions for reporting and system reliability
- Utilize advanced Workday reporting and participate in system optimization efforts
