Job Description:
- The Project Lead will oversee a stXXgic initiative to leverage Client CandidatealthConnex for quality and population health efforts.
- This role involves cross-functional collaboration, policy and financial strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and supervision of supporting staff.
- Serve as the primary lead of QPHE's project to leverage Client CandidatealthConnex for quality and population health, including finalizing the project design and developing a strategy for future phases.
- Lead policy and financial strategy for the initiative, including developing and implementing a support strategy for provider organizations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners such as the Candidatealth Information Exchange Authority, Medicaid experts, analysts, technology teams, and vendors.
- Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback (including from Prepaid Candidatealth Plans, providers, and ClientDHHS divisions) to guide decision-making.
- Supervise 1 2 full-time staff supporting the initiative.
- Candidateage budgeting, invoicing, and contracting as needed.
- Understanding of data policy, healthcare data ecosystem, health information technology, program monitoring, and/or quality measurement and improvement.
- Experience leading large, complex projects.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex material clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Familiarity with Medicaid, healthcare rules, regulations, and standards.
- Knowledge or experience in analyzing population health delivery models, care management, clinical innovations, quality improvement, and system redesign.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and/or familiarity with medical coding and electronic health records.
- Understanding of digital quality measurement.
