Job Description
Job Title: Measurement & Insights Lead, AI & Innovation Products
Location: Seattle, WA but Remote is fine
FTE role with Mphasis
The Opportunity: We re looking for a Measurement & Insights Lead to bring high-integrity analytics to Apollo s internal AI innovation work. This is a full-time, U.S.-based contract role for an experienced individual contributor who can move comfortably between design and delivery, turning ideas into measurement plans, and then implementing and reporting outcomes independently and confidently.
You ll join the innovation team within our global technology group, reporting to our principal product strategist and working closely with partners in engineering, product, and design. This work is part of a firmwide innovation initiative with direct visibility at the highest levels.
What We re Looking For
You bring strong analytical fundamentals and know how to execute with precision. You might be a good fit if you:
Have 5 7 years of experience in product analytics, data strategy, or measurement design, ideally for internal tools, AI products, or complex enterprise software
Are a fearless advocate for rigor. You clarify what data can and can t tell us and defend the need for quality and sound methodology, even when it s inconvenient.
Are fluent in Tableau or Pyramid for dashboards, comfortable querying data in Snowflake (or similar), and skilled at using Google Analytics for behavioral insights and Excel for lightweight modeling and analysis
Can translate fuzzy product goals into crisp measurement plans, and track how tricky-to-measure user behaviors connect to business value
Know how to design telemetry and instrumentation that captures real usage data across apps, pages, and features
Are experienced in survey design and insight synthesis, particularly using tools like Qualtrics
Write with clarity and discipline. Your measurement plans and reporting summaries are clean, structured, rigorous, and decision ready.
