One of our Client, Not for Profit Sports Organization is looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure & Security.

Type: Full-Time/Direct-Hire
Schedule: 2 Days Hybrid in NYC Office 3 Days Remote
Location: New York, NY

Job Summary:
* The Head of IT Infrastructure & Security is responsible for supervising a team of IT professionals in the management, strategy, and execution of Client's IT infrastructure including network architecture, internet connectivity, managing user endpoints, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

Job Responsibilities (Primary and Secondary Duties):
* Manage a team of networking engineers, system cloud administrators, and IT desktop support professionals
* Responsible for establishing and tracking goals, strategies, and tactics within their department
* Oversight of IT hardware, software, and services procurement
* Management of third-party vendors including software licensing and managed service providers
* Establish and maintain IT infrastructure strategy including standards, policies, and procedures
* Work closely with business technology partners and operational teams to ensure that strategies for Infrastructure align with corporate business and IT department strategies
* In partnership with the SVP, IT, provide leadership and direction to ensure capabilities are in place and are utilized to proactively conduct enterprise infrastructure monitoring, change management, cybersecurity strategy and capacity planning and forecasting

Job Requirements:
Experience:
* 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 2 years in the cybersecurity area required
* Proven experience using Public Cloud Computing required
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 required
* Preferred Azure Experience and/or Certification, CISSP, CompTIA Security +, ITIL preferred
* Preferred Cloudflare Experience preferred
* Preferred Knowledge of Sitecore Commerce, XP preferred\

Education & Certifications:
* 4-year degree preferred
* CISSP, CompTIA Security +, ITIL preferred

Skills and Attributes:
* Cloud and Cyber Security hands on skill sets.

Base around 140 to 145k
