Senior Application Development Engineer

Story Behind the Need

• This team supports Outbound Dialer development integrations, the team is multi-talented with a range of skills and experience.
• This is not part of a larger initiative; it is backfilling for Genesys Dialer development support.

Typical Day in the Role

• The resource will be part of an Agile team.
• Resource will work in a fast-paced environment, will be responsible for coordinating multiple efforts to support the roadmap.
• Resource must have senior level skills, JavaScript (NodeJS) application developer who is experienced delivering serverless/microservice applications on AWS.
• Resource will collaborate with cross functional teams, need a fast learner who can handle a fast paced area.
• Opportunity to work on outbound dialer solutions that impact business operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Bachelors
• Years of experience required: 5+ years minimum
• Disqualifiers: Lacking senior-level development experience, offshore candidates, poor written and verbal communication skills, inability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Additional qualities to look for: Lambda, DynamoDB or similar, IaC, Git, Snowflake, Genesys/Amazon Connect, AWS SQS, Firehose/Kinesis, Eventbridge, Terraform, Cloudformation, CICD
