Oracle Sales & Business Development Professional

New Jersey, USA (Remote )

Experience Level: 1 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by selling Oracle solutions, including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, and market research.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, Oracle account teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and client pitches.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular forecasts and reporting to leadership.
  • Stay current on Oracle product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 15 years of experience in business development or sales within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals involving Oracle Cloud or on-premise solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle s offerings and value proposition (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, OCI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
