Role-SAP Lead Configuration Analyst ICM/CD

Top 3 Skill Sets:
- SAP FS-CD (Financial Services - Collection & Disbursement) Expert-level (P4)
- SAP FS-ICM (Incentive and Commission Management) Strong experience (P3)
- Data migration and testing in FS-CD; Functional config, integration & support
Education & Certs:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, or Business (or equivalent experience)
Years of Experience:
- 8+ years specifically in FS-CD and FS-ICM
- Must also have SAP ChaRM, JIRA, HP ALM experience as an end user
What You'll Do:
- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP FS-CD (Collection & Disbursement) and FS-ICM (Incentive & Commission Management)
- Design and document functional specifications, RICEFW objects, and unit test plans
- Manage full testing lifecycle: unit, integration, regression, UAT, and performance
- Perform data migrations, batch testing, and troubleshoot issues during hyper-care
- Liaise with ABAP, Basis, Security, and business users to deliver solutions
- Participate in on-call support rotation and suggest improvements to systems and processes
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP FS-CD (expert level) and FS-ICM experience
- Functional configuration and deep understanding of Subledger, Shadow GL, Data Migration
- Familiarity with SAP Banking, Treasury, and Cash Management
- Tools experience: SAP ChaRM, SAP BI, JIRA, HP ALM (as an end user)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
