We are looking for a strong technical leader to lead a group of about 40 software engineers developing software for products within the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be the direct supervisor of at least two "first line" Section Leads and other key software engineers supporting the product line. You will be responsible for the overall staffing and execution of software activities within the product line, including financial and technical responsibility. You will work with the Product Line Engineering Lead, along with the leads of the other engineering disciplines to ensure program success.

* Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires ship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.
  • Experience leading software or systems program teams.
  • Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 12 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Extensive background in embedded and/or application software development.
  • Experience with software and systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Engineering, Agile, DevSecOps, Containerization, etc.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience developing software and systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including electro-optic sensors and systems.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
