Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our sales team.  As a Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and acquiring new customers.  You will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by consistently identifying and qualifying new leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations: Present our services to potential clients showcasing the value and benefits each offers. Effectively communicate our unique selling propositions and address any client objections or concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals: Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, aiming for a win-win outcome. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills:  Ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
  • Adapt.  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, and quickly learn about our service offerings.
  • Results-oriented mindset: Drive to exceed targets and quotas.
  • Build and nurture client relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: collaborate with the inside Sales team to actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously expand knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors. Stay informed about new product features and enhancements to effectively communicate their value to customers.
