Job Details
Join a dynamic team as a Service Management Analyst IT, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing service management processes and collaborating with IT service owners. Your contributions will drive improvements and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and present insightful service management reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update the service catalog, ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Manage service breaches, coordinating communication and follow-up for effective mitigation.
- Participate in service review meetings, identifying trends and inconsistencies to propose solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support service management initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
- Experience with sharepoint (building sites, transferring files, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between IT and leadership.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining service standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in service management or IT operations.
- Proficiency in developing reports and presentations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
