Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based or enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end workflows (coding not required).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing for internal tools or enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and inclusive design.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based approaches.
- Experience conducting user research and data-informed design. Java
