Experience:

LargeSalesforce Engagements: Work on large Salesforce engagements as a SolutionArchitect or Technical Architect.

End-to-EndCRM Solutions: Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Pre-SalesActivities: Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and supportpre-sales activities.

TransformRequirements: Convert business requirements into Salesforce functional andtechnical requirements.

LeadManagement: Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management,and Call Center processes.

CustomerWorkshops: Conduct workshops during project discovery, prepare solutiondesign documents, and collaborate with development teams.

IntegrationDevelopment: Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and othersystems using SOAP and REST APIs.

AppExchange Products: Experience working with App Exchange products.

SalesforceMarketing and Wave Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Marketing and WaveCloud.

AgileMethods: Experience in Agile and other project management methods.

Job Requirements:

12+Years of Experience: At least 12 years of software/CRM experience,including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.

SalesforceCertifications: Certifications in functional and technical areas.

ApplicationDevelopment: Experience in application development and integration usingdifferent design patterns.

CloudProducts: Functional understanding of various cloud products like Sales,Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.

CriticalThinking: Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking in all aspects ofthe job.

Productivity:Highly productive both independently and in team environments.

Multi-Tasking:Thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
