Customer Success Analyst / Innovation Specialist
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Up to 2
24 months remote project with occasional travel to Brooklyn NY
(Traveling expenses are to be included in the pay expectation as we need an all inclusive hourly rate)
Client works 7 hours per day
Max Pay: $70 on W2 All Inclusive with no benefits OR $75 Hr C2C / 1099
The Innovation Specialist will drive innovation and enhance client experience by implementing cutting-edge solutions and fostering a
client-centric approach. This role involves identifying and integrating new technologies and methodologies, developing strong
relationships with clients, and regularly reviewing and assessing processes, tools, and services.
Key duties include:
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Identify and integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Process Improvement: Regularly review and assess processes, tools, and services to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Lead and manage innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of innovation-related tasks and projects.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of innovation initiatives and provide regular updates to
stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in innovation and client experience.
o 5+ years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
- Skills:
o Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical issues to non-technical audiences.
o Proficiency with innovation tools and technologies.
o Strong communication skills.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
