Onsite Role
6 10 years of experience as Business Analyst in AEM projects
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows, Components, Templates, Authoring)
Hands-on experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and wireframes
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma/Balsamiq)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions align with business objectives
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting the full lifecycle of AEM projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and marketing teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for AEM implementations
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with AEM architects, developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
Support content authoring teams in understanding AEM functionality (templates, components, DAM, workflows)
Partner with QA teams to define test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
