Job Details
Role: Product Owner/ Business Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 12+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, focusing on retirement services, financial services, or similar domains.
- In-depth knowledge of retirement planning, investment products, and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product deliverables.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
- Experience working with retirement plan administration systems, pension management platforms, or other retirement-focused technologies.
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and other key retirement plan compliance standards.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO) is a plus.
