AI Trainer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Trainer to help train and fine-tune our artificial intelligence models. As an AI Trainer, you will work closely with machine learning engineers and data scientists to curate, annotate, and generate high-quality data that enables AI systems to understand and respond accurately to user inputs. Your contributions will directly impact the capabilities and behavior of cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, label, and curate training data for AI models.
Evaluate and rate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and alignment with user intent or ethical standards.
Write or review prompts, responses, or conversation pairs to teach AI appropriate behaviors across a wide range of topics.
Analyze model outputs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential biases.
Collaborate with engineering and research teams to continuously improve model performance.
Follow annotation guidelines and provide feedback to improve them.
Maintain quality and consistency across large volumes of data.
Stay updated on best practices in human-AI interaction, machine learning ethics, and emerging AI trends.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, English, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and annotation protocols precisely.
Comfortable working with large datasets and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, annotation platforms).
Interest in artificial intelligence, language technology, and human-computer interaction.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or AI model evaluation.
Programming skills in Python or familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks.
Experience in content moderation, copywriting, or UX writing.
Knowledge of data privacy and AI ethics.
Multilingual skills or cultural fluency is a plus.
