  • Evangelize technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring broad support and collaboration.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by staying current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices across cybersecurity and IT domains.

Required Skills

  • ship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a technical lead, solutions architect, or senior engineer on federal IT programs (>$50M contract value).

  • Demonstrated experience creating prototypes and presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences, including federal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multi-level cybersecurity data
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust, cloud security, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to model and forecast technical resource needs (e.g., CPU, network throughput, storage) and labor requirements, documented in structured formats such as a Basis of Estimate (BOE).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience performing formal trade studies and solution evaluations.

Desired Skills

  • Experience applying AI/ML to cybersecurity use cases (e.g., threat detection, automation).
  • Broad technical experience across domains including Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Data Engineering, and Testing.
