Job Title: Principal Genesys Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract Position)
JD:
Principal Genesys Consultant onsite:
Provide L2/L3 support for the Genesys platform, ensuring high availability and performance of all components.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across a wide range of Genesys modules including SIP Server, CIM Platform, Info Mart, Workforce Management, and Voice Platform.
Manage and support integrations using Gplus Adapters, Advanced Agent Connectors, and IVR Connectors.
Support and maintain Genesys Chat, Email, and Survey solutions, including lab environments.
Monitor and optimize performance of Genesys SIP HA, AIModules for ASR/TTS, and Proactive Contact systems.

Gplus Adapter for Web Services (v8.5)
Advanced Agent Connector (v8.1)
Workforce Management (v8.5)
Genesys Email, Chat, CIM Platform, Info Mart (v8.5 - v9.0)

AIModule for ASR/TTS (v9.0)
Genesys Survey Solution Custom App Support
Workspace and AIC Upgrade (v8.5)
SIP Endpoint Connector (v9.0)
Experience with Nuance NDM 6.1, Recognizer 11, and Virtual Hold v8.
