Job Details

Our client, a major player in the social networking and metaverse space, is seeking a production coordinator to join a high-profile creative team that supports their official brand social accounts. This role is responsible for supporting all production efforts on hundreds of content projects from conception to execution and evaluation. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They should have experience collaborating with global teams to create daily social content for an international audience and be comfortable working with creative teams, editors, and animators.

Responsibilities
  • Support all elements of production including pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Manage daily production timelines and deliverables
  • Assist producers with services agreements, purchase orders, licensing, and releases
  • Track project estimates and expenses
  • Support editorial calendaring, planning, and data accuracy
  • Maintain and update production schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate workflows with freelancers
  • Manage transcription and translation services
  • Handle logistics for equipment and media shipping
  • Track inventory and rentals
  • Oversee media management and archiving
  • Conduct QA on final deliverables
  • Publish content across social platforms
  • Support media and community operations workflows

Requirements
  • 4+ years of production experience
  • Experience coordinating editorial video content for social media
  • Familiarity with multiple formats: documentaries, short-form, narrative, and branded content
  • Understanding of licensing and legal agreements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience working with external creative and production partners
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of editorial standards and social media best practices
  • Experience producing high-quality content with limited resources
  • Proficiency with social platforms, creative tools, publishing, and project management software

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
