Job Description:-

We are looking for Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EBS experience and Oracle Cloud ERP experience would be desirable Must have a good understanding of the following Oracle EBS Financials capabilities. We are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge.

Job Description:

Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle EBS Financial Applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.

Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes

Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.

The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customers.

This work includes:

Work directly with Customers for

Advising on complex use of Oracle products

Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues

Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues

Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others

Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Job Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP EBS implementation & support.

Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME

Implementation/Support experience on EBS Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH

Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - EBS Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH

Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts.

Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials.

Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
