Position Overview

We're hiring an Operations Consultant to join a high-performing team at an Infor Gold Channel Partner, focused primarily on Infor CSI/Syteline cloud (SaaS) implementations. This role is ideal for someone who comes directly from the manufacturing floor; someone who has led production, planning, or operations teams through a CSI ERP implementation and understands how to bridge the gap between system setup and real-world execution.

This is a client-facing consulting role, but prior consulting experience is not required. We're looking for someone with hands-on ERP experience who can guide clients through operations best practices, scheduling setups, and process improvements during ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of the implementation team to configure, test, and roll out CSI modules related to planning, production, inventory, and shop floor control.


• Partner directly with client teams (planners, supervisors, and shop floor users) during workshops, process walkthroughs, and go-lives. Travel is expected for key milestones and training.


• Help clients design realistic, effective operational processes inside CSI-particularly around routing setup, work centers, production scheduling, job management, and inventory movement.


• Provide training to client teams on how to use CSI effectively, both at a system level and in day-to-day production scenarios.


• Advise clients on how to streamline operations using CSI tools, with a focus on improving flow, reducing manual workarounds, and aligning software setup with business needs.


• Work closely with functional and technical consultants to ensure end-to-end process alignment across finance, planning, inventory, and production modules.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience leading or managing production, operations, or planning teams in a manufacturing environment


• Direct experience participating in or leading a CSI/Syteline ERP implementation from the operations side


• Working knowledge of CSI modules such as Job Orders, Work Centers, Routings, Inventory Transactions, MRP, and APS


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage frontline users and management alike


• Comfortable with travel for client-facing activities


• Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in discrete manufacturing environments


• Familiarity with cloud-based CSI (multi-tenant) deployments


• Exposure to tools like Factory Track, Doc-Trak, or Shop-Trak is a plus


• Experience with ERP training, testing, or user adoption is a strong advantage
