Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to support our Vice President by designing visually impactful PowerPoint presentations, marketing slides, and collateral, as well as developing engaging written content. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with creative writing abilities to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and marketing slides for executive meetings, client pitches, and internal communications.

Create compelling written content for presentations, marketing materials, and digital assets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.

Collaborate with the VP and other stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions.

Translate data and key messages into visually engaging graphics, charts, infographics, and written narratives.

Maintain and update a library of templates, icons, and visual assets for consistent branding.

Assist with the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, social media content, and website copy as needed.

Ensure all materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.

Support the VP with ad-hoc design and content projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, creative writing, or marketing communications.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing both design and written work.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership.

Preferred Skills:

Experience designing and writing for executive-level audiences.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, and digital content creation.
