Job Title: Tririga Business Analyst

Location: Greater Toronto Area (Toronto Downtown)

Job Description: As a Tririga Business Analyst, the business analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our client s Tririga platform to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. The business analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions within the Tririga environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert in Capital Projects.

Understand and manage the Capital project lifecycle from funding to project closure.

Familiarize yourself with the bidding process and ensure compliance.

Handle standard contract processes, including change orders and invoicing.

Manage budgeting and budget change orders effectively.

Oversee the submittal process and ensure timely submissions.

Handle RFI submissions and receipts efficiently.

Develop and monitor project justification and KPIs.

Configure and customize Tririga applications to meet specific business needs.

Conduct testing and validation of Tririga solutions to ensure functionality and performance.

Provide training and support to end-users on Tririga applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Tririga solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Tririga environment, providing timely resolutions.

Stay updated on Tririga best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Tririga Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Tririga platform and its capabilities.

Expertise in Capital Projects and related processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Tririga applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to Tririga.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tririga certification or relevant training.

Experience in retail banking is an asset.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.
