Project Manager/Project Coordinator – Electrical Construction
Salary: $80,000–$120,000
Locations: Denver Metro Area
We’re seeking a Project Manager with a Journeyman Electrician certification who has recently transitioned into a project management role. This position is ideal for someone coming from the field with strong electrical expertise and early experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Site Construction Manager, or Assistant PM.
The focus of this role is electrical scope ownership, field-to-office coordination, and supporting successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician certification (required)
- Recent experience in a project leadership role (PM, Project Engineer, Coordinator, Site Construction Manager, or similar)
- Strong understanding of commercial or industrial electrical systems
- Data center or hospital project experience is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Manage and support electrical scope of work from preconstruction through closeout
- Partner with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership to ensure project success
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Track costs, progress, and completion milestones
- Support monthly cost-to-complete and project reporting
- Maintain strong communication between field and office teams
- Ensure work is completed safely, compliantly, and to quality standards
- Help set up projects, job-site documentation, and site logistics
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
