Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive successful delivery of complex initiatives while fostering an Agile mindset across teams. This role requires a servant leader who can balance Agile coaching, delivery management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Act as a delivery owner, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices
  • Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
  • Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, predictability)
  • Drive continuous improvement and team maturity
  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively
  • Facilitate effective communication between business, technology, and leadership teams
  • Support Agile transformations and adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Scrum, Kanban, Agile delivery models
    • Project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments at scale
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAFe / Large-Scale Agile frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
  • Scrum Master / Agile certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master
  • Project Management certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives
