Dallas, TX - Onsite

12 Months Contract

 

This is an Onsite Position - NO REMOTE Position available.

 

We are currently hiring candidates who are authorized to work on our W2.

Candidate with previous state/govt client experience is preferred.

 

 

Candidates with previous healthcare domain experience preferred

 

We require staff augmentation for Ruby on Rails applications, specifically seeking candidates proficient in the Ruby programming language.

 

Job Description:
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer responsible for developing and maintaining web applications. Your primary focus will be building server-side logic, integrating front-end components, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications
  • Build APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
  • Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and related technologies
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL/MySQL
  • Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services is a plus
