Job Details

Position Overview:

Provide hands-on support to end users for the deployment and setup of Windows Hello for Business and FIDO2 key registration, focusing on identity verification and troubleshooting within a Microsoft 365 enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide users through Windows Hello for Business setup, including identity verification using Microsoft Authenticator or Temporary Access Pass.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to authentication and registration processes.
  • Support FIDO2 key registration for privileged account holders.
  • Proactively reach out to users, schedule meetings, and conduct remote walkthroughs (Teams, chat, screen share) to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with end users to resolve issues and provide clear instructions.
  • Contribute to achieving adoption targets (goal: 5,000 6,000 users by year-end).

Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 endpoints.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 enterprise tools (Teams, email, chat, screen sharing).
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills; self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage outreach to users.
