8+ years transforming data into actionable insights and presenting findings to executive stakeholders.
8+ years experience developing or contributing to data models for operational efficiency.
8+ years mapping data, establishing benchmarks, and creating frameworks for trend analysis.
8+ years analyzing data policies and procedures for system impact.
8+ years acquiring data, creating reports, and performing deep analysis of trends and correlations.
8+ years using creativity and reporting tools to develop dashboards and visualizations.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years developing strategic and SDLC project materials (gap analysis, roadmaps, requirements, design documents, test cases, use cases).
5+ years advanced dashboard and visualization development using specialized tools.
1+ year experience in State or Federal Public Sector environments.
Summary:

This role provides consultative services and technical assistance for program-related activities, analyzing priority initiatives and special projects using business analysis best practices.
Responsibilities include assessing and documenting data requirements, ensuring adherence to data standards, optimizing operations, and providing actionable recommendations.
Works under limited supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex data to support business decisions and program initiatives.
Acquire data from multiple sources, create regular reports, and perform deep trend analysis.
Develop and maintain data models (as-is/to-be) to identify operational efficiency opportunities.
Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using advanced reporting tools.
Assess data policies and procedures for impact on automated systems and functional areas.
Collaborate with technical and business units to define data requirements and provide recommendations.
