Junior UI/UX Designer
Charlotte, NC
12 Months
Hybrid onsite 2 days office/3 days remote
*Providing a portfolio is required to be considered
We are looking for a motivated Junior UI/UX Designer who is eager to contribute to the design of enterprise software products.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Portfolio showcasing your design thinking and work process.
- Must have proficiency with Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Must have experience with Miro for collaborative planning and user journey mapping.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and enterprise software constraints.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other front-end fundamentals is advantageous but not required.
- Experience or a Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
