Job Details

Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 18-Month Contract to Hire

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years with ServiceNow (scripting, update sets, ACLs, data structure)

  • Experience with REST/Table API, data import/export

  • Strong understanding of CMDB & CSDM

  • Agile/Scrum experience; familiar with ATF and release pipelines

  • Strong communication skills; able to turn business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Metrics, Script Includes, UI Builder, Platform Analytics

  • Solid SQL, data modeling, cubes; Snowflake or similar

  • Knowledge of Predictive Intelligence tools and lifecycle

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA required before onboarding; CAD, CIS preferred)

  • Power BI, SQL Server Management experience

  • Background in data governance and security (PII, data lineage)

  • Data Archiving experience and CMDB integration knowledge (Discovery/Service Mapping)
