Description of the Role:
Oversees IT support operations across NY, Bos, DC offices. Leads regional IT teams, ensures strong customer service, manages technology operations, partners with Infrastructure and PMO on deployments, and supports consistent IT processes.
Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage regional IT support operations and customer service
- Oversee office hardware, conferencing systems, and technology availability
- Use ServiceNow and Jira to manage tickets and ensure communication through resolution
- Lead and develop regional IT staff
- Support enterprise meeting technology
- Coordinate regional execution of firmwide IT initiatives
- Partner with Infrastructure on network, server, and AV maintenance
- Promote data security practices
- Travel to offices as needed
Top/Must have skills:
- Ten plus years IT leadership coming out of larger companies managing teams spanning different geographic areas.
- Strong support background in software, hardware, and networking
- LAN/WAN and network systems expertise
- Advanced ServiceNow and Jira experience
- Strong Microsoft OS and Office Suite proficiency
- Citrix and VPN expertise
- Wireless networking and iOS knowledge
- Experience maintaining and configuring client systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting enterprise meeting technology
Tech Stack/Environment:
Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, Jira, Citrix, VPN, iOS wireless technologies, standard networking and cabling topologies, and AV and conferencing systems.
Team Size/Details: This manager will have 3 other IT managers reporting directly into them (Mgrs in NY, Bos, DC), each of these managers have 5-6 reports under them.
