Job Details

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including leadership in architectural roles.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco products and technologies (e.g., ACI, SD-WAN, ISE, DNA Center, Catalyst/Nexus switches, ASA/FTD).
  • Experience with ACI multi-site & Macro-Segmentation deployments and integrations.
  • Strong grasp of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS), SDN, and cloud networking.
  • Experience designing hybrid architectures (on-prem and cloud - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Relevant Cisco certifications (CCIE DC, R&S Preferred, Cisco Certified Architect - Good to have).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
  • Familiarity with Cisco UCS (Unified Computing System) and Cisco Nexus switches.
  • Hands-on experience with AlgoSec products & solution such as AppViz Discovery module, Firewall Analyzer, Firewall Policy Manager, Network Security Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain enterprise network architecture and roadmap using Cisco technologies.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority for all network and infrastructure solutions.
  • Design and oversee large-scale network transformation initiatives including data center, WAN, campus, and cloud integrations.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT leadership, and operations to align technology with enterprise needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineering teams.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Cisco technologies and tools.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and support business continuity.
  • Engage in vendor management and participate in product selection and POC processes.
  • Develop architectural governance frameworks, best practices, and documentation standards.
  • Represent network architecture in IT governance boards and technical committees.
