Job Description:
TEKsystems is seeking a desktop support technician for one of our clients based out of Florence, KY. This technician will be providing Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting for escalated issues. Manage and resolve technical challenges related to hardware, software, and networking across various devices. Maintain workload efficiency using an IT service management (ITSM) system. Offer end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for office productivity applications.

- Experience in technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with desktop environments, system imaging, and networked systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong understanding of IT support best practices
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting networked systems and telephony equipment
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and supporting corporate AV equipment
- History in deploying and troubleshooting desktop computers in a corporate setting
