Job Details

Title : Workday Systems Analyst

Location : Cary, NC

Key Responsibilities:

Very organized, strong PM skills and familiar with the change management in tech. Experience with testing and release.
Manage and prioritize a portfolio of change requests within the Workday system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for system changes.
Ensure timely and accurate implementation of changes in Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure quality and compliance.
Oversee release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases.
Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, processes, and procedures.
Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in Workday project or program management.
Proven expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Payroll modules.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with testing and release management processes.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certification in HCM or Payroll modules.
Experience with other Workday modules and integrations.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
