Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Veeva Vault Consultant with hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault Promomats to support our life sciences clients in optimizing their content management and customer engagement workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Veeva's suite of products and how they integrate within commercial operations and compliance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support Veeva Vault Promomats and Veeva CRM solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
Support content approval workflows, claims management, and digital asset lifecycle in Promomats.
Ensure seamless integration between Veeva CRM and Vault (Promomats, MedComms, etc.).
Perform system testing, UAT support, and provide end-user training/documentation.
Assist in managing release updates and ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and coordinate resolution with Veeva support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of total experience with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault platforms with a focus on Promomats.
2+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM (including CLM, Engage, etc.).
Strong understanding of content management, approval workflows, and regulatory compliance in the life sciences industry.
Experience with Veeva Vault configuration, document types, lifecycles, workflows, and permissions.
Familiarity with integration points between Vault and CRM.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Veeva certifications (Vault or CRM).
Experience working with commercial or medical affairs teams in pharma or biotech.
Understanding of DAM systems and content reuse strategies.
