Title: Python Developer

Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$47.49-$67.85/Hrs

Description
* Collaborate with a team focused on implementing a risk calculation and reporting framework.
* Engage with business analysts and middle office users to gather requirements for system enhancements.
* Coordinate software development and testing efforts, including release and post-release support.
* Perform enhancements in risk methodology and infrastructure.
* Develop frameworks for calculating risk metrics using a strategic platform.
* Interact with business users as needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Work within an Agile team environment.
* Gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
* Coordinate software development lifecycle efforts.
* Enhance risk methodologies and infrastructure.
* Develop and implement risk calculation frameworks.

Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications in the financial domain.
* Proficiency in Python and object-oriented analysis and design.
* Experience with risk calculations and market risk models.
* Experience with highly concurrent systems and distributed systems.
* Knowledge of financial products, derivatives, and pricing.
