RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Channel Partner Marketing Manager in Redmond, WA.
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team:
* The Channel Partner Marketing Manager develops marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness and create demand for company products through partners to contribute to sell-through and meet overall business objectives
* Partners with internal and external stakeholders to understand industry and competitive landscapes
* Develops expert-level knowledge of the partner's business objectives and marketing capabilities and leverages partner/consumer-centered insights and learnings to make sound investment and planning decisions
* Works with Partner to nurture new capabilities and unearth opportunities to connect with customers through the creation of compelling experiences and communications
* Analyzes available data to assess the impact of a campaign/project, to measure ROI and to inform future work
* Helps to drive consistency and amplify the brand in partner environments online and offline
* Seeks out innovation in channel marketing to bring value to the business and our partners
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
The role will consist of 35% of time spent on calls with partners, engaging them with marketing planning, 35% on internal meetings with internal stakeholders, 30% on individual work, executing tasks from those conversations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training required
* 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience with SharePoint and PowerPoint
* Minimum 5+ years of experience with Analytics and insight
* Minimum 5+ years of experience with Strategic planning
* Disqualifiers: Candidates with lack of experience in the US distribution channel or partner ecosystem; Candidates with significant marketing background who can showcase how they can transfer their skills into this industry will be more suitable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
