Location Hartford, CT (Remote is also fine but look for candidates in EST & CST)

The Salesforce Tech Lead is critical to the shared success of our Salesforce Practice. Working with our customers and internal teams, you will be able to contribute and participate in many activities including solution design, sales, delivery, team leadership.


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce FSC solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving digital transformation initiatives across financial services organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud and MuleSoft integration including OData with Salesforce Connect.
Design, Develop and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce leveraging APEX, Visualforce Pages, LWC, Aura, Batches, Triggers, Schedulers, Queues, Flows.
Hands On Experience on CPQ, Use of GraphQL in LWC.
Lead the design and the development of APIs in Salesforce and integrations using connected Apps, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0
Design implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations customizations and integrations
Lead the design and development of MuleSoft APIs and connectors to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using OData leveraging Salesforce Connect for seamless data access
Utilize Omni Studio to build and manage user interfaces processes and data integrations with Salesforce
Provide technical leadership to a team of developers ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards and scalability
Design and implement scalable high performance MuleSoft integrations with Salesforce ensuring high availability and reliability
Closely work with BA PO SM and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of product feature on time
Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce and MuleSoft technologies industry trends and best practices to ensure ongoing system optimization
Support the team with technical guidance and mentorship ensuring high quality code delivery and efficient problem resolution

Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud including configurations customization and integration with RESTSOAP services
Extensively worked on Salesforce Declarative Programming and Custom solutions
Ensure Salesforce best practices and standards for development are followed by the team via code review.
Strong expertise in MuleSoft OData integration with Salesforce connect to connect external data sources to Salesforce Good to have
Extensive experience designing and developing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Ability to lead cross team communication for integration between salesforce and other Platforms.
Strong expertise in Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Service Cloud etc.).
Automated Work task creation on opportunity life cycle using enterprise Work Management framework using Salesforce custom solutions
Designed developed high quality scalable efficient solutions and products in Salesforce on schedule
Work closely with Business Stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in weekly Salesforce Governance meetings in the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable and meet business requirements
Proficiency in using Ommi Studio to create dynamic user-friendly interfaces and to automate business processes within Salesforce Good to have
Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers
Excellent communication, leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
