Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite in Canton, MA

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Audit Supervisor to lead audit and review engagements across a diverse client portfolio. This role involves managing fieldwork with minimal supervision, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality service that strengthens client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple audit and review engagements from planning through completion across various industries
  • Manage day-to-day engagement activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, schedules, and management letters
  • Conduct research and provide technical support for complex accounting issues
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact
  • Identify and resolve issues through thoughtful analysis and consultation
  • Advise clients on business and process improvements, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Support the development and delivery of internal training programs
  • Oversee staff scheduling and workload distribution
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to promote technical and professional growth
  • Participate in recruitment and talent development initiatives

Qualifications
  • CPA or CPA-track with 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MSA or MBA preferred
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak periods
