Job Title: ETL Developer (W2 Only)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our growing data engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing robust ETL pipelines that drive data integration and analytics across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modern ETL tools, database technologies, and real-time data processing.
Note: This is a W2-only opportunity. We are not accepting C2C or 1099 candidates at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop efficient and scalable ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
Work with business and data analysts to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
Integrate data from relational databases, APIs, flat files, and cloud sources.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing ETL processes for performance and reliability.
Ensure data integrity and quality through the implementation of validation and cleansing mechanisms.
Collaborate with data architects and engineers to improve data architecture and infrastructure.
Maintain technical documentation of data flows, processes, and configurations.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of professional experience as an ETL Developer or in a related data engineering role.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, SSIS, or AWS Glue.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and real-time streaming (Kafka, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and associated data services is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
