Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of an AWS Project Lead / Sr. Architect for an 12 month contract onsite 5 days a week at any customer approved location throughout the United States, with New York City, Northern, NJ, Columbus, OH, Dallas, TX, Plano, TX being prioritized by the customer. The AWS Project Lead / Sr. Architect will be leading an enterprise AWS Connect Migration for a top 5 commercial bank. The customer is significantly behind on the migration and need extra support to meet their timelines. The AWS Project Lead / Sr. Architect will be responsible for leading the migration effort, project scheduling, providing customer briefings, supporting new solutions efforts, specifically from a CCaaS perspective, as well as leading the design and implementation of AWS Connect and AWS Services. The Project Lead will also be responsible for managing the customers offshore team. The initial migration effort will involve the customers outbound dialing and building out outbound campaigns for the customer.

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $100 - 125 / hr.

Required Skills:
- At least 12 years of overall experience.
- Prior experience leading enterprise implementation and / or migration efforts around Infrastructure and Cloud projects with a focus on Contact Center, specifically AWS Connect.
- Experience designing CCaaS solutions, specifically with AWS Connect.
- Marketing Automation Domain experience.
- Prior experience with AWS Cloud-Native design and development.
- Must have experience supporting enterprise customers, preferably within the Finance, Healthcare and / or Government space.
- Prior experience interfacing with executive leadership providing updates and project briefings.
Desired Skills:
- Any level of AWS certification.
