Role: SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Washington D C (4 DAYS ON SITE)
- Transitions to erp require specialists, not generalists- how we look for people on this project will be a bit different.
- Strong FICO Experience
- Moving from ECC to S4 Hana- SAP is providing transition for us, they are the ones actually doing the work
- They ll be some follow up items wbg will have to do- augmented support, which is hwere these people will come in
- This one is a technofunctional specialist- experienced in both ECC and S4 Hana, technofuncitonal capabilities- not a hardcore coder or user
- Need someone who can customize functional aspects- thye wouldn t know how to configure accounting principles, but the technofunctional person can extend/tweak/etc
- With s4 HANA, technofunctional capabilities span SAP Fiori- sap s web interface (UI 5 standard)
Challenges they face:
- Not looking for people who have just been production support- fixing bugs etc, want someone who has done previous migration and transitions
- Need to have written code in ecc and s4
