Description
We are looking for an experienced EDI Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will handle end-to-end EDI processes, ensuring seamless integration of customer data with internal systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team, contributing to critical business functions in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete mapping and integration of customer EDI data to internal standards using Sterling Integrator.
Manage multiple trading partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop appropriate EDI solutions.
Handle a variety of EDI transactions, including Purchase Orders (850), Invoices (810), Advance Ship Notices (856), and Remittance Advices (820).
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues.
Maintain and update EDI configurations to align with evolving customer needs.
Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide documentation and support for EDI processes and configurations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ANSI X12 and Applicability Statement 2 (AS2).
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI analysis and development.
Proficiency with Sterling Integrator and related tools such as File Gateway and Gentran.
Strong understanding of EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and XML/JSON formats.
Experience working with databases such as DB2.
Familiarity with key business transactions like purchase orders, invoicing, and shipping.
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of complex formulas.
Ability to interpret and create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for collaboration with partners and teams.
