Job Details
Position: Help Desk Analyst (Healthcare IT) Location: NJ/NY - Remote
Duration: 12+ Months (Long Term Engagement)
NOTE: CANDIDATES LOCAL TO NY/NJ WILL BE PREFERRED
Qualifications
1 3+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience (healthcare environment preferred).
Familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts).
Knowledge of Windows/Mac troubleshooting, MS Office, VPN, and Active Directory.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar).
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT policies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
