Job Description: Salesforce Developer with GOV Cloud, ERP, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Expertise

Confidential (Government-based Entity) is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of experience, specifically within the United States. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our organization's objectives. Your expertise in Salesforce, GOV Cloud, ERP, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and customize Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging your deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical expertise and recommendations for optimal Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, including ERP systems, leveraging your experience with integrating Salesforce and ERP solutions.
  4. Utilize your expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to create engaging and personalized experiences for our customers and partners, leveraging the platform's features and capabilities.
  5. Implement and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, knowledge base, and service console, to ensure effective customer service and support processes.
  6. Ensure the security and compliance of Salesforce implementations in GOV Cloud environments, following industry best practices and applicable regulations.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions and projects.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  3. 8 or more years of experience working within the United States, specifically in Salesforce development roles.
  4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce GOV Cloud, implementing and configuring solutions in a government or highly regulated environment.
  5. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, using middleware or APIs.
  6. Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud development, including the creation of custom templates, themes, and communities.
  7. Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce implementations.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
